They emailed me throughout the shipping process. The key strap is amazing and well put together. The strap is actually better than what i thought i was gonna get (since i saw the ad on tik tok), but its amazing!!!

Came exactly as advertised, the metal is good quality as well as the stitches. The stickers they threw in we a nice touch as well. It does take a bit to ship but is well worth the wait.
