T-Shirt Purchase

Purchased the "Red Cloud Embroidered" shirt. In terms of the product and quality, both are phenomenal. It fits as expected and is comfortable and quality.

Shipping and customer service however were both worse than expected. Between order time and delivery it took 8 weeks (website says to expect 1-6) and any attempts to receive an update or status were ignored by their team.

Am I happy with the product? Yes. Would I order again? Probably not

Great stuff with one twist

I got two of these: White L, and Black M

What I like:
- Fits perfectly! The medium is a perfect fit around the shoulders and arms while the large gives a comfortable longer fit. I love both!
- The embroidery is smooth and really cool. I love the minimalism of the design

Something to Notice:
- The embroideries are very cool, but the material on the inside of the shirts can be seen. The white one for example shows a whiter patch than the shirt, so if you look closely you can see the embroidery patch. You don't notice this on the black shirt so that one is fine. Just something to take note of.

Other than that, I love my shirts! You guys are doing great.
