Orders that are returned to sender will be charged a redelivery fee before reshipment.

So. Initially the service I was treated to was good, they fixed my mistake with the order they had no issue with changing it from the T-shirt variant to the sweater, at that point I was excited and glad that I had received communication and good customer service towards my order.
But then started a waiting game (since 2/7/25) that as of writing the review (3/24/25) my order still hasn’t arrived (and now I’m receiving an email saying it was fulfilled 14 days ago when it’s still not here). Tracking says estimated delivery is the 20th, last product tracking update was the 22nd, and it is now the 24th and it’s showing as still in a city that’s nowhere near the delivery address. It should not take almost 2 months for 1 sweater...
