Order Related Questions

When will my order ship? 

Clothing orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to process depending on volume, as everything is made to order.

In stock items such as bags, keystraps, stickers, etc take 1-2 weeks to process. 

If your order contains a pre-order, please read the description of that item to find out when it is estimated to ship. 

Once we have procesed your order shipping time varies: 

  • Domestic shipping takes about 2-5 days.
  • International shipping calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

Returns: 

We do not accept any form of returns for any of our products, nor are we responsible for damages/losses caused by shipping. If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping or don't arrive, try filing a claim with USPS here. If your item(s) arrive with any type of defect (misaligned embroidery, wrong color(s), etc.), please reach out to us so we can further assist you!

Orders that are returned to sender will be charged a redelivery fee before reshipment.

In the event you enter the wrong address, please contact us to update the address. If your order is processed before we can update your addres, we are not responsible for any orders sent to the wrong address.

 

 

 

I received the wrong items and/or my items have arrived damaged, what do I do?


Please send usan email with your order number and a photo of the item(s) so we can help you. We will send you a replacement or refund depending on stock. 

My package said it was delivered, but I did not receive it, what do I do?


Please be aware that Khan Design is not responsible for any lost packages after it is in the hands of USPS or if your address was inputted incorrectly.

First check with your neighbors to ensure that your mailperson did not deliver the package to the wrong house. Wait at least two days after the tracking has been marked as delivered, as the workers sometime accidentally mark packages as delivered. If you still have not received your package, please file a claim with USPS here. They will need to open a case and investigate the situation further. If the USPS is still unable to help, please contact us for further assistance.

What is this small patch on the inside of my clothing item?

We use cut away backing on all embroidered clothing products. This ensures the embroidery stays strong through normal ware and washes. If you would like to make this patch smaller, you may cut around your design as closely as you'd like. 

When will you restock ___?

All out of stock items left on the site are permenant items. This means if you see an item you like and it is out of stock, it will most likely restock within 1-2 months. 

Any items you see on our social media, but cannot find on our site are discountinued products. These products will most likely not make a return. 

Are the stickers waterproof?


Yes, all vinyl stickers are weatherproof and UV protected. The stickers may experience the normal wear under the sun, but are meant to last years if applied correctly. Please follow the application instructions if included in your order.
